What we trade
Agricultural commodities
Cereals, pulses, rice, oilseeds, tree nuts and dried fruit. Contracted on GAFTA or FOSFA forms, delivered on Incoterms 2020 terms, inspected before shipment by an independent inspection company.
Specifications and terms →Renewable feedstock
Used cooking oil and related biofuel feedstock. This line is being built. Until we hold a certificate under a voluntary scheme recognised for Directive (EU) 2023/2413, we issue no sustainability declaration and make no greenhouse-gas claim.
What we can and cannot state →General goods
Industrial and consumer goods outside the regulated trades. Sourcing, contracting and shipment against a written specification agreed with the buyer.
Scope and exclusions →The documents we issue
A cargo is only as good as the file that travels with it. This is the document set a buyer receives from us, subject to the product and the agreed terms.
In physical commodity trade the paperwork is the transaction. Records relating to each shipment are retained for five years and can be reproduced on request by a buyer, an auditor or a competent authority.
How a transaction runs
Enquiry and screening
Product, quantity, destination and end use are recorded. Counterparties, their ultimate beneficial owners and the destination are screened before a quotation is issued.
Sourcing and supplier qualification
Suppliers are qualified against a written questionnaire covering identity, licences, specification capability and previous shipments.
Contract
GAFTA or FOSFA standard forms where the trade allows, Incoterms 2020, Austrian law, arbitration or jurisdiction as agreed in writing.
Pre-shipment inspection
Quantity and quality determined at load port by an independent inspection company appointed under the contract.
Shipment and documents
Cargo shipped, document set presented against the agreed payment instrument.
Records
Traceability records kept one step back and one step forward, retained for five years.
Compliance is a process, not a promise
We do not describe ourselves as compliant. We describe what we do. Counterparty and vessel screening against European Union and United Nations restrictive measures, classification of goods against Regulation (EU) 2021/821 on dual-use items, licensing under the Austrian Foreign Trade Act where required, and documented chain-of-custody records for every cargo.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any transaction on compliance grounds.
